Refund & Return Policy

Quality Assurance Policy

We take pride in the quality of products we provide to our customers and inspect all items before they are shipped to make sure that you are pleased with your purchase. We make sure all packages are unopened, we inspect to make sure all items are included in the package and are undamaged.

Returns

  • New (unopened) items can be returned within 14 days from the delivered date
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and carefully packaged to ensure all articles are intact! If not the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please send us an image and description of the damage/issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

All returns will be processed as refunds. Exchanges are not available at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Order Cancellation/Changes

You can cancel or change your order within 24 hours of purchase. If it has been longer than 24 hours, we will not be able to cancel or change your order as we ship your purchased items within 24 hours of purchase.

How to Make Your Return

1. Submit your return request to to us at actionminifigs@gmail.com. Please include the following information:

  • Order number
  • The reason for your return request
  • Description and photo of damage or issue
  • Photo of original shipping label

2. We will respond and process your email with 48 hours and process your refund, if approved, within 5 business days after we receive the product back.
